I had a surprisingly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for the quality of the rooms and service provided. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Finally, the hotel's location was perfect for me - within walking distance to the city center and close to a shopping center, making it convenient for exploring and shopping.

The only minor flaw was the breakfast selection, which could be improved.

The hotel is very nice. The surrounding area is very good. Next to the hotel is very large park for children to play. Must tell that the stuff of the hotel is more than excellent. During our stay at the hotel, the wedding took place. The stuff was so obliging that they served our dinner in the room. So nice.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area near a charming park. The view from the window is delightful and the exterior decorations are attractive. The friendly staff adds to the pleasant ambiance. Being able to use the working elevator was a nice convenience. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the airport, with a 15-minute drive, and there's a supermarket just 20 meters away. The dinner provided with half board was delicious, and the location is great, only a short walk or bus/taxi ride to the city center. The room was cozy and warm, and the breakfast, although lacking cereals, was satisfying. The staff was friendly, and no problems were encountered during the stay.

Cannot find any fault.

During our stay there was a party in the hotel and the noise was incredible. We could not sleep all night. The restaurant is at the top floor and the hotel was vibrating from the loud music and yelling. We had to change the hotel after that. The restaurant had very limited options for meals. The breakfast was also very poor.

Rooms were clean and equipped with necessary items such as toiletries. the hotel had prompt service and friendly staff that made us feel welcomed.

The lobby was nice and had comfortable chairs. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They offered a shuttle to the nearby airport which made it easy to get around without renting a car. It was also located near some good restaurants and shops.

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy. The bathroom was outdated and had mold around the bathtub.
